摘要
以AP1000核电依托化项目中核电站钢制安全壳补强板与贯穿件套筒管板焊缝超声检测技术难点分析为切入点,重点描述了焊缝模拟件的选择原则及制作、超声检测工艺参数的选择,并分析了此类管板焊缝超声检测时容易出现的焊接缺陷和原因。
Through analyzing the technical difficulties of ultrasonic testing containment vessel(CV) stiffener plate and penetrate sleeve plate in AP1000 nuclear power self-reliant project as a pointcut,this thesis focuses on the principle to fabricating a demo and choosing process parameters of UT,and analyses the welding defects likely to occur during UT for such pipe plate and reason analysis.
