摘要
利用流体的三大控制方程作为理论基础,采用交错网格,使用Simple算法,对旋喷泵的内部流场作多种参数的三维数值模拟.以XP300-3型旋喷泵作为研究对象,在已有的研究基础上,对集流管喉部截面积进行多组参数、较详细的设计,分析比较,得出不同喉部截面积对泵性能的影响.研究结果为旋喷泵集流管的优化设计和能量损失分析提供了理论依据,为旋喷泵集流管入口段的优化设计提供借鉴.
Taking three control equations of the fluid as the theoretical basis, and using alternate grid and Simple algorithm, the three-dimensional numerical simulation has been done in the internal flow field of the Roto-Jet pump. Taking XP300-3 type Roto-Jet pump as the object of research,multiple groups of cross-sectional areas have been designed in detail. The influence of different cross-sectional areas to the pump is known. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the collecting pipe of the RotoJet pump and give references to the design of the entrance section of the pipe.
