摘要 细胞色素P450(CYP)1A1是参与激活多环芳烃类化合物(PAH)和催化雌激素代谢的主要代谢酶之一,其基因多态性主要包括MspⅠ多态性、Exon 7多态性、CYP1A1*3多态性和CYP1A1*4多态性,并在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用,其基因表达主要受到芳烃受体(AhR)转录因子的调控。本文就CYP1A1基因多态性的生物学特性,以及CYP1A1基因多态性与子宫内膜癌相关性的研究进展做一综述。 Human cytochrome P450(CYP) 1A1 is one of the most important metabolic enzymes participating in the metabolism of poly-aromatic hydrocarbons(PAH) and estrogen.The genetic polymorphism of CYP1A1 includes MspⅠ,Exon 7,CYP1A1* 3 and CYP1A1* 4 polymorphism,and plays a significant role in the development of endometrial cancer.The gene expression of CYP1A1 is mainly regulated by aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR).This paper reviews the biological characteristics of CYP1A1 polymorphism and the relationship between CYP1A1 polymorphism and the risk of endometrial cancer.
