摘要
目的探讨不同临床分期肾细胞癌的64排CT灌注成像差异,为更好的判定肿瘤的临床分期提供指导。方法应用GE 64排CT选取肿瘤最大层面,对39例肾细胞癌患者进行灌注扫描,将扫描原始数据传输至GE工作站,利用Functional CT灌注软件包进行后处理,得到Perfusion、PEI、TTP、BV和TDC。结果肾细胞癌早期肿瘤的BF、BV、PEI较晚期肿瘤低,TTP无显著差异。结论 CT灌注成像能从血流动力学上为肾细胞癌的临床分期提供有力的参考,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the different of 64-slice CT perfusion imaging of renal cell carcinoma in different clinical stage. Methods CT perfusion scans were perfomed through the central slices of the tumor in 39 renal cell carcinoma. All the date were sent to the GE workstation and perfusion parameters, including Perfusion, PEI, TTP, BV and TDC. The 39 cases of renal cell carcinoma differentiated by stage and the perfusion parameters were analyzed statistically. Results The BF, BV, PEI in early stage is lower than that in late stage. There was no significant difference for TTP between the two groups. Conclusions CT perfusion imaging is valuable for stage of renal cell carcinoma.
