摘要
目的调查女性不孕症患者焦虑抑郁的影响因素。方法选择200例不孕症患者以及200名健康志愿者,采用社会人口学调查表、家庭关怀指数问卷、社会支持评定量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表等进行调查,分析女性不孕症患者焦虑、抑郁的相关因素。结果不孕组焦虑和抑郁的发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。居住于农村的患者、生育观念强、不与任何人诉说病情的患者更容易发生焦虑和抑郁情况。家庭关怀、社会支持、积极应对、自尊与焦虑和抑郁呈负相关,消极应对与焦虑和抑郁呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论女性不孕症患者焦虑和抑郁的发生率高于健康女性,居住地、疾病暴露情况、生育观念、家庭关怀度、社会支持、应对方式等是患者焦虑和抑郁的影响因素。
Objective To survey influencing factors on anxiety, depression of female patients with infertility. Methods Selected 200 cases with infertility and 200 healthy volunteers were surveyed by social and demographic questionnaire, Family APGAR, social support revalued scale, self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale. Influencing fac- tors on anxiety and depression of female patients with infertility were analyzed. Results The incidence of depression of infertility group was higher than control group （P 〈 0.01）. Patients who lived in country, with high concept of child-bear- ing, telling state of an illness to nobody were apt to get anxiety and depression. Family care, social support, positive coping style, self-esteem were negative correlation with anxiety and depression. Negative coping was positive correla- tion with anxiety and depression （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of depression of infertility group is higher than healthy women. Residence place, disease exposure, concept of child-bearing, family care, social support, coping style are correlation with anxiety and depression.
