摘要
青岛市医疗保险医疗服务信息监控系统于2012年6月上线运行。近一年来,在界定过度检查的准确性、发现和筛查过度用药行为、确定过度治疗的审核重点、充分发挥基金使用效率等方面初显技术支撑效力,成为提升医疗监控能力、医保服务能力和决策分析能力的有效科技手段。
Qingdao Medical insurance service monitoring system was implemented in june 2012.Nearly a year since running, it emerged more and more technology supporting effect on medical practice such as defining excessive diagnosis, discovery and screening overdose, auditing excessive treatment and improving efficiency of medical insurance fund. It became an effective technological measure of enhancing the ability of medical insurance monitoring, medical insurance service, decision-making and analyzing.
