摘要
根据某110 kV GIS变电站实际直流负荷情况,在采用阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池设备的基础上,对蓄电池的标称容量、数量、均衡充电电压、放电终止电压、高频开关充电装置模块参数选择进行详细计算,最终确定该变电站蓄电池配置设计方案,即容量200 Ah、数量106个,单体蓄电池均衡充电电压2.33 V、放电终止电压1.87 V,采用1组高频开关充电装置,并选取5个10 A的模块进行蓄电池充电。该设计方案可确保变电站直流系统的安全、稳定运行。
The paper introduces the detailed calculations of the battery nominal voltage, the number of battery, equalizing charge voltage, final discharging voltage, the parameter selection of high-frequency switch charger moduie according to DC load in some 110 kV GIS substation, based on a valve regulated sealed lead-acid battery. The result of calculation reaches the design, the battery normal capacity is 200 Ah, the number is 106, equalizing charge voltage 2.33 V and discharge charging device switching frequency charges for finish voltage 1.87 V the battery are used, per battery, and a 5 modules of 10 A are chosen. The scheme ensures the DC system in substation runing safely and stability.
