摘要
研究双层钢桁架吊桥锚箱的疲劳性能.以大连南部滨海大桥——双层双塔地锚式悬索桥的主桥——为工程背景,其典型索梁锚固区的钢锚箱采用普通焊接形式,通过ansys-workbench对锚箱的足尺模型进行疲劳分析,得出锚箱在200万次循环疲劳加载作用下能保持完好的抗疲劳性能,结果表明双层吊桥锚箱符合设计要求,认为此分析方法对双层吊桥锚箱的设计有着一定意义.
The fatigue performance of anchor box on double-layer steel truss suspension bridge is studied. Taking the main bridge of Dalian Southern Coastal Bridge as the research object, which is a ground-anchored suspension bridge with double girds and twin towers. The ordinary form welding is used in steel anchor box of typical anchorage zones. According to the analysis on the fatigue of the full scale model of anchor box by ansys-workbench, a conclusion is drawn that the ability of fatigue resistance of anchor box is remains intact under 2 million cycles of loading. The results show that the anchor box of the double-layer suspension bridge meets the design requirements. The analytical method has significance to the design of anchor box of the double-layer suspension bridge.
