摘要
等离子技术是近几年蓬勃发展的高新技术之一,已广泛应用于化学工业、材料科学、环境保护等领域。其技术手段是通过等离子体对不同材料的表面进行活化处理,使之适应下道工序的技术要求,但并不对材料的表面和性能造成改变,因此,可以替代原来有污染、对人体健康有害的工序和操作,达到消除污染,保护员工健康的目的。等离子技术替代处理剂对鞋材表面进行处理,具有处理效果好,消除污染,省电节能,降低成本,减少人工等多项优势,是近几年制鞋工艺中的一次重大革新。
The low temperature plasma technology is one of the high and new technologies which are booming in recent years. It has been widely used in chemical industry, materials science, environmental protection and other fields. Its technology is through the plasma surface activating of different materials, to adapt to the working procedure of technical requirements, but not cause changes to the surface of the material and performance. Because it can replace the original working procedure and operation which is pollution, harmful to human body health, it will eliminate pollution, protect the staff health. The low temperature plasma technology instead of treating agent for shoes materials surface processing has many advantages of good treatment effect, eliminating pollution, and saving electricity energy, reducing costs and artificial etc. It is a major innovation in the process of shoemaking in recent years.
