摘要
目的调查肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者心理健康及社会支持状况,并探讨二者相关性。方法选取在我院就诊的肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者78例为观察组,同期进行健康体检的正常人74例为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估所有对象的心理健康状况,采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评估社会支持状况,并分析二者的相关性。结果观察组SCL-90各因子评分和家庭内支持因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),而PSSS评分中家庭外支持和总体社会支持因子评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SCL-90各因子评分与家庭外支持评分和总体社会支持评分呈现一定程度的负相关。结论肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者的心理状况较差,普遍受到家庭内支持,而家庭外支持和社会支持较少,良好的社会支持将有利于改善患者的心理健康状况。
Objective To explore the status quo of psychological health and social support of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with hepatitis, and study their correlations. Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with hepatitis B were enrolled into this study as observation group. A total of seventy-four healthy persons were enrolled into this study as the control group. The status quo of psychological health was assessed by Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90）. The social support was assessed by perceived social support scale （PSSS）. The correlative rela- tionships between the status quo of psychological health and social supports were also analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the SCL-90 in- cluding each factor scorings and inside family support scorings of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there were no obvious changes in terms of overall social support and outside family support scorings （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The negative correlative relationships were found between SCL-90 including each factor scorings and outside family support and social support scorings. Conclusion Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with hepatitis B who receive more inside family support and less social support and outside family support hare poor psychologiacl health. Favorable social support can be beneficial to the improvement of their psychological health.
