摘要
沥青混凝土路面施工需要摊铺的宽度比设计宽度宽,安装路缘石时再切除多余沥青,因而费时费事并且切除的沥青污染环境。针对上述问题,采用沥青混凝土路面边模技术,设计了沥青混凝土路面边模自动铺装机,介绍了该设备总体结构、工作原理、关键结构系统以及PLC控制流程。
Asphalt concrete pavement construction usually needs paving much than the designed width. When installing curbs, excess asphalt will be removed, so it is laborious and the removal of asphalt pollutes the environment. For solving such problems, asphalt concrete pavement side mode technology can be adopted and asphalt concrete pavement side mode paving machine is designed. This paper introduces the overall structure, operating principle, key structure of the system and PLC control process. The applications of asphalt concrete pavement side mode paving machine can accelerate the speed of paving and improve the quality of side mode of pavement, production efficiency and reduce cost.
