酵母细胞提取物依赖NO信号途径提高杭白菊抗氧化活性 被引量:3

Enhancing the Antioxidant Activity of Chrysanthemum morifolium Relying on NO Signaling by Yeast Extract

摘要 以浙江特色药材杭白菊为材料,考查了酵母细胞提取物(YE)对抗氧化活性的影响及NO在介导YE诱发抗氧化活性提高中的作用.结果表明,在现蕾前期喷洒0.4g/L YE可以使杭白菊总还原力、.OH清除率和DPPH清除率分别提高100.1%、151.7%、88.7%.YE处理显著提高杭白菊内源NO水平,而NO淬灭剂不仅可以阻止YE对内源NO的激活作用,同时也抑制了YE对抗氧化活性的促进作用,表明YE通过激活并依赖内源NO信号途径促进杭白菊抗氧化活性提高. Abstract: Taking Chrysanthemum morifolium as the material, the paper examined the effects of yeast extract (YE) on the antioxidant activity and the role of nitric oxide (NO) in YE-induced antioxidant activity. The results showed that the total reducing power, · OH clearance and DPPH clearance significantly increased by the application of 0.4 g/L YE during early budding stage of the seedlings, being 100.1 %. 151.7%. 88.7 %. Moreover, the endogenous NO level treated with YE significantly increased. NO quenching agent can not only prevent the activation of YE to endogenous NO, but also restrain the promotion of YE to antioxidant activity, it shows that YE can enhance the antioxidant capacity of C. morifolium by activating endogenous NO signaling.
