摘要
目的探讨品管圈在骨科患者基础护理服务中的应用效果。方法通过成立品管圈组织、确定品管圈主题、制定品管圈活动计划,对骨科患者基础护理服务情况进行调查分析,制定整改措施,并对品管圈活动实施前后的相关指标评价。结果开展品管圈活动后,骨科患者基础护理落实率及基础护理满意率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将品管圈应用到骨科患者基础护理服务中,有利于患者基础护理的落实和基础护理服务满意率的提高,值得临床科室借鉴使用。
Objective To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC) on basic care for orthopedic patients. Methods Through the establishment of the QCC organization, determination of the QCC theme, and development of the QCC activity plan, the basic care of orthopedic patients were assessed and investigated, so as to implement and evaluate the adjusted interventions. Results The implementation rate of basic nursing care and patients' satisfaction rate were better than before and the difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of QCC is conducive to the implementation of the basic care and improvement of basic care satisfaction level, which calls for further application in other departments.
