全膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折的诊疗进展 被引量：14

摘要 全膝关节置换术（totalkneearthroplasty，TKA）后假体周围骨折在当前日渐增多，一方面是由于接受TKA的大龄患者数量和患者的术后活动量都有所增加；另一方面是由于术中骨量减少，术后废用、应力改变或遮挡引起的骨质疏松增加了骨折发生的风险；第三，TKA术后的假体使用年限不断延长也是假体周围骨折发生率增高的原因之一。
