小剂量右美托咪定滴鼻预防小儿七氟烷麻醉苏醒期躁动60例 被引量：27

摘要 目的观察小剂量右美托咪定滴鼻对七氟烷麻醉患儿苏醒期躁动的预防作用。方法将择期行单侧腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术的患儿60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。入室后两组患儿均给予面罩8%七氟烷+高流量氧气(6 L/min),置入喉罩,保持自主呼吸,患侧行髂腹股沟/髂腹下神经联合阻滞,术中2%～4%七氟烷维持麻醉。手术结束前10 min,Ⅰ组经鼻滴入右美托咪定0.3μg/kg,Ⅱ组滴入等量0.9%氯化钠注射液。两组均于术毕关闭七氟烷,并记录手术时间、苏醒时间,评估苏醒期躁动情况,观察苏醒期呼吸循环情况。结果Ⅰ组患儿术后苏醒时间长于Ⅱ组,但苏醒期躁动明显少于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),且循环更稳定。结论小剂量盐酸右美托咪定(0.3μg/kg)滴鼻对小儿七氟烷麻醉短小手术苏醒期躁动有预防作用,提高了苏醒质量。
