Finite Element Analysis of Ball Screw in Aviation Condition

摘要 结合航天工况下滚珠丝杠副的国内外研究状况,建立了滚珠与螺母滚道及丝杠滚道的分析简化模型和接触有限元模型。基于ABAQUS隐式动力学,对滚珠丝杠副的接触变形进行弹塑性仿真,用有限元接触分析结果验证了分析简化模型的合理性,具有一定的理论价值和重要意义。 In combination with ball screw research in space condition at home and abroad, the analytical model of the ball screw and nut raceway and contact finite element model are established. The nut axial elastic-plastic deformation data under the applied axial force is obtained and the simulat ion of ball screw axial contact deformation is carried out based on abaqus implicit dynamics.By using the finite element contact analysis results, the rationality of simplified model is verified. It is of certain theoretical value and practical significance.
