铅是一种灰黑色有毒重金属,它广泛存在于环境中,给人类健康和水生动物的生长带来了潜在的威胁。而维生素C能有效缓解铅中毒对机体抗氧化损伤。本文综述了饲料中重金属铅的来源、抗氧化作用机制及对水生生物的危害,并探讨了维生素C应用于水生生物饲料缓解铅中毒的机制。
Lead is a gray-black toxic heavy metals and widely present in the environment. It brings potential threaten to human health and the growth of aquatic animals. However,vitamin C can effec-tively alleviate lead poisoning of the an tioxidant injury. This article reviews the sources of the feed heavy metals lead and the mechanism of action of the antioxidant and the harm to aquatic organisms. And explore the application of vitamin C alleviate lead poisoning of aquatic organisms feed mechanism.
