摘要
文章采用Si-69、硬脂酸钠、NDZ101、硬脂酸和十八酸锌五种表面改性剂对碳酸钙晶须进行表面处理,并用于天然橡胶的补强。结果表明:碳酸钙晶须经表面改性剂表面处理后,复合材料的静态力学性能明显高于未经表面处理时;碳酸钙晶须加入天然橡胶使损耗因子tanδ降低,玻璃化转变温度向低温方向移动,提高了其低温使用性能,其中当Si-69改性碳酸钙晶须含量为5%时,复合材料的损耗因子tanδ降低最多,玻璃化转变温度为-82.8℃,其耐寒性最好。
Calcium carbonate whiskers were used for reinforcement of NR after being treated with five surface modifiers, includingSi-69, sodium stearate, NDZ101, stearic acid, and zinc stearate. The results illustrated that the static mechanical properties of carbonate whiskers treated with surface modifiers/ NR Composites higher than unmodified. The loss factor tan6 decreased by calcium carbonate whiskers added into NR, along with the glass transition temperature changed to low temperature, and the properties of the material at low temperature had improved. The best resist cold was found to be 5 % of the Si-69 modified calcium carbonate whiskers contented, with lowest loss factor tanr, and the glass transition temperature was -82.8℃.
