摘要
随着计划生育政策的实施,中国人口再生产方式在短短30年内由高出生率、高死亡率、高增长率的高位静止状态转向低出生率、低死亡率、低增长率的低位静止状态。在人口转变如此迅速的情况下,人口问题必然对一个国家或一个地区的社会经济产生重大影响。在这样的背景下,为了促进郑州市人口结构的优化,既要分析人口结构的现状,总结人口结构存在的问题,又要根据郑州市的实际情况,采取积极的应对措施,最大程度地促进人口结构良性发展。
