摘要
运用ROC曲线制定钠离子鉴别指标的最佳临界值。以市售食用油作为金标准,对46份市售食用油和80份地沟油中的钠离子绘制ROC曲线,利用约登(Youden)指数寻找钠离子最佳临界值。结果表明,钠离子最佳临界值为0.985 mg/kg,灵敏度为0.525,特异度为1。ROC曲线下面积为0.786(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。
Using ROC curve to formulate the best threshold value of sodium in swill - cooked dirty oil was studied. With commercial edible oil as gold standard, the ROC curve of sodium contents in forty - six edible oils and eighty swill -cooked dirty oils was established, and the best threshold value was found using the Youden index. The results showed that the best threshold value of sodium was 0. 985 mg/kg with 0. 525 of sensitivity and 1 of specificity. The area under the ROC curve was 0. 786 （P 〈 0.05 ） with statistical significance.
