摘要
采用浸渍法改性活性焦,实验分析了不同氧化物组合对活性焦改性后的脱硝性能影响。在实验中,用于改性的氧化物分三组:CuO和Fe2O3,CuO和CeO2,CuO和Cr2O3。结果表明:金属氧化物组合改性活性焦的脱硝性能明显高于单一氧化物改性活性焦。在150℃反应温度下,CuO和Fe2O3组合改性活性焦脱硝率为96%。
The activated coke was modified by two different oxides by the impregnated method. The denitrification properties of this modified activated coke were analyzed in laboratory condition. The oxides were divided into three groups( CuO & Fe2O3 CuO & CeO2, and CaO & Cr2O3 ). The comparison of experimental results indicate that the denitrification performance of the modified active coke by two different oxides is obviously higher than that of the just only one oxide. Moreover, the denitrification efficiency of the activated coke modified by the combination of CuO and Fe203 is greater than the other two groups. The removal efficiency of NOx is 96% in the case of the CuO & Fe203 at the 150℃.
