摘要
针对当前合同能源管理(EPC)智能化程度低、优势资源未能充分利用等问题,设计了一种EPC决策支持系统。该系统采用基于Facilitator方法的多智能体联邦体系架构,功能智能体组内部采用二层集中式结构,组内针对同类功能采用分布式求解,功能智能体组间采用主动对象模式进行开放协作,可实现分布式计算维度和功能级的多重并发处理。系统资源层依据用户网络实时数据,整合管理信息系统和电能量计费系统信息,并支持EPC项目间的模型/知识库交互。系统设计遵循FIPA标准,具有能耗基准测定、节能方案设计和经济效益预测等辅助决策的功能。
A decision-support system of energy performance contracting (EPC) is designed to solve problems in existing EPC projects, such as low intelligence and insufficient utilization of advantageous resources. The system adopts Facilitator based multi agent federated architecture. A two-level centralized structure is applied in the function agents group, realizing distributed computation for similar functions. The active object pattern is used for open collaboration between different groups. Multiple concurrent processing of distributed computation and functional coordination is achieved. Based on real-time data from the user network, the system decision resource layer has the management information system and electric energy billing system information integrated, and supports the model base/knowledge base interaction between different EPC projects. The design of the system observes the FIPA standards with its function covering the energy consumption baseline measurement, energy saving scheme design and economic benefit forecast, etc.
