基于光纤传感器的电池容量检测新方法

摘要 为了快速、准确和可靠地获得电池充电荷电状态,研究了光在溶液中反射的现象,建立了溶液的浓度与容量的对应的函数关系。在此基础上提出了一种在线检测蓄电池容量的新方法,并且基于虚拟仪器技术设计了检测系统。系统采用新颖的反射式光纤传感器采集蓄电池电解液体的浓度信息,然后基于神经网络技术对获取数据进行处理,消除温度影响,最终获得蓄电池的容量参数。实验证明了该方法的有效性。 In order to fast, accurately and reliably obtain state of charge of battery, the reflection of light in solution was studied and the function of relation of the solution concentration and battery capacity was established. A new method of on-line detection of battery capacity was introduced, and the detection system was designed based on virtual instrument. First of all, it could automatically test the concentration of battery electrolytic liquid by the reflection type optical fiber sensor; then based on neural network technology, the obtained the data were processed to liminate the temperature influence; finally, the parameters of battery capacity were obtained. The experimental results show that the method is feasible.
