摘要
研究了温度、体重对花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhynchus cinctus)幼鱼的标准代谢率及温度、体重、摄食水平对总代谢率的影响.标准代谢率随体重的增大而增大,Ms=164.70W0.8860.标准代谢率与体重和温度的关系可用下式表示:Ms=85.0807W0.8855e0.0246t.饱食鱼的总代谢率与体重亦存在幂函数式的正相关关系,在实验温度为28℃时各体重饱食鱼的总代谢率达到最大.总代谢率与摄食量间呈正线性相关.总代谢率的模型为:M总=0.0009e0.02tW0.1627(InC)6.7936.各实验条件下鱼的总代谢率是相同条件下标准代谢率的2.19~7.76倍,总代谢率并不是标准代谢率的恒定倍数.
The effects of temperature, body weight on standard metabolism and temperature, body weight, food consumption on total metabolism were studied. The standard metabolism of juvenile Plectcorhynchus cinctus is positively correlated with body weight. The regression equation is Ms = 164. 70W0.8860 (Ms: standard metabolism, J/d ). The relationship between body weight, temperature and standard metabolism can be written as following: Ms=85. 0807W0.8855e0.0246t. The total metabolism is linearly positively related to food consumption. There is positive power function relationship between the total metabolism and body weight for fish fed ad libitum. The total metabolism is maximum at 28℃ for fish fed ad libitum. The total metabolism of fish at different experimental conditions is 2. 19-7. 76 times standard metabolism at the same condition. The total metabolism is not a constant time standard metabolism.
