摘要
目的探讨护理干预对胃癌手术后患者情绪和并发症的影响。方法选取2010年3月至2012年10月收治的79例胃癌患者,按照随机的原则分为两组,分别接受护理干预(40例)和常规护理(39例)。结果护理干预组患者情绪状况优于常规护理组,并发症少于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够明显改善胃癌根治术后患者的情绪和并发症发生情况。
Objective To analyze the effects of nursing intervention on the mood and complications of postoperative patients with stomach cancer.Methods Select 79 stomach cancer patients in our hospital from March 2010 to October 2012,we divided the patients into two groups randomly,the 2 groups received nursing intervention（n = 40） and routine nurse（n = 39） respectively.Results In the group of nursing intervention,the mood is better than routine nurse group,the complications are less than routine nurse group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the mood and complications of the patients with stomach cancer.
