摘要
目的探讨护理干预措施在妊娠高血压患者中的应用效果。方法本研究选取了我院2010年11月～2011年11月间入院治疗的86例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方法分为对照组与治疗组,针对本院所采用的护理措施效果进行了比较分析。结果观察组的44例患者中,顺产比例为36.36%,满意率为97.73%;对照组的42例患者中,顺产比例为14.29%,满意率为83.33%。两组患者组间比较,在顺产率和满意率方面观察组均优于对照组,且P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论我院针对妊娠高血压患者所采用的相关护理干预措施,明显提高了疗效与护理满意度,值得广泛应用。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect on hypertension of pregnancy patients. Methods 86 cases of hypertension of pregnancy patients in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2011 were chosen. All patients were divided into the control group and experiment group according to the nursing intervention. The nursing intervention effects were compared between two groups. Results In 44 cases of the experiment group, the normal childbirth rate was 36.36%, the satisfaction rate was 97.73%.In 42 cases of the control group, the normal childbirth rate was 14.29%, the satisfaction rate was 83.33%. The normal childbirth rate and satisfaction rate of the experiment group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In our hospital, the nursing intervention significantly improve efficacy and nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion and application.
