摘要
该文简要介绍了通用仿真软件Extend的有关基本概念，以实现一个基于逻辑环的网络仿真模型为例，讨论在Extend中仿真模型从建立、测试到运行的整个过程，并对其中经常出现的问题进行了分析。
This paper briefly introduces some basic concepts of Extend, which is a general-purpose simulation software. A simulation model of the network based on logical ring is shown as an example to discuss the whole process to setup, test and run a simulation model in Extend. Some problems appeared frequently have also been analized.
