摘要
目的:实现危急检验与危急值的科学与高效管理,更好地落实患者安全管理目标。方法:通过对危急检验管理、危急值报告制度和管理流程的分析,运用流程再造理论并综合利用计算机技术、网络技术、移动通信技术等构建覆盖多层次、全流程的危急检验、危急值报告管理的设计方案。结果:基于医院已实施的电子病历、HIS、LIS、短信平台等,设计了危急检验综合管理信息系统。结论:该系统实现了对危急检验和危急值的多层次、全过程管理,为患者的救治赢得宝贵时间,有利于提高人员的工作效率。
Objective To achieve scientific and efficient management of critical test and critical values, and fulfill patients＇ safe management target.Methods By analyzing current critical test management, reporting rules of critical values, and the management flow, design scheme that covered the overall and multi-level management for critical test and critical values was constructed based on flow reconstruction theory, computer technology, network technology, mobile communication technology and so on.Results A critical test management information system based on electronic medical records （EMRs）, hospital information system（HIS）, laboratory information system（LIS） and short message system（SMS） was designed.Conclusion The system has achieved the overall and multi-level management for critical test and critical values, which can win cure time for patients and improve the work efficiency of staff.
