摘要
皖江城市带的发展思路就是与长三角地区通过产业转移等互动发展。运用EF指数分析皖江城市带和长三角地区的要素禀赋状况,发现皖江城市带在劳动、资本、农产品、教育、研发和旅游等要素上具有比较优势,而长三角地区在研发、通讯、旅游等要素上具有比较优势。并针对不同的要素特点,提出了不同的要素耦合方式,对皖江城市带承接长三角地区的产业转移提出了建议。
The development strategy of Wanjiang Urban Area is interactive development with Yangtze River Delta Area by industries transfer. This paper uses EF index method to analyze the factors endowment status of Wanjiang Urban Area and Yangtze River Delta Area. The results show that Wanjiang Urban Area has comparative advantage in labour, capital, primary products, education, R＆D and tourism factors; and Yangtze River Delta Area has comparative advantage in R＆D, communication, tourism factors. Also, this paper discusses diffierent factors coupling methods, according to the difflerent traits of these factors, give some advices for Wanjiang Urban Area receives industries transfer from Yangtze River Delta Area.
