微型钢板及桡骨头切除术治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折疗效对比观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的对比观察微型钢板和桡骨头切除术治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的临床效果。方法将82例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折患者随机分为甲组和乙组各41例。甲组采用微型钢板治疗,乙组行桡骨头切除术治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果甲组肘关节活动范围优于乙组,功能评分优良率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钢板治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折效果显著,对于恢复患者的关节功能性及稳定性有促进作用。
