摘要
以杨木刨花作为基材,对在杨木刨花表面金属化处理以后进行化学镀铜,研究了施胶量、热压温度和密度对镀铜刨花人造板力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:在施胶量为12%、热压温度为80℃、板材密度为1.0 g/cm3的工艺条件下生产的人造板具有良好的力学性能,此时板材的弹性模量为2992MPa,静曲强度为43MPa,24h吸水厚度膨胀率为4.9%。
We found that used cotton wood shavings as substrate,on the surface of metal particles in the company before treatment chemical plating copper.The mechanics properties of glue quantity and hot-pressing temperature and density on copper shavings wood-based panels were research.The results showed that: when the rate of spreading was 12% and the hot-pressing temperature was 80℃ and the density was 1.0 g/cm3,the man-made board has good mechanical properties.and in those condition the elastic modulus of the elasticity was 2992MPa、the bending strength was 43MPa and the thickness swelling after 24 hours was 4.9%.
