摘要
从理论分析及试验研究方面对静态加热式热泵热水器的性能进行了研究,并根据国标GB/T 23137-2008中对工况条件的规定,将试验平台搭建在空气焓差室中,利用现有的环境模拟设备实现对机组进行性能测试。试验采用水箱混合法测定水箱温度,首先分析了在不同充注量情况下机组的性能;接着将机组运行工况分为高温、名义、低温、结霜4种工况进行测试,根据实验结果,对机组的性能进行了详细的分析;并采用工质R417a与R22进行直接替代对比试验。
This article researched on both theoretical analysis and experimental study of static heating heat pump water heater' s performance. We set up experiment platform in air enthalpy room according to the national standard GB / T23137 -200 in provisions of working conditions, then tested on the unit performance by using the environmental simulation equipment. This experiment measured the temperature of the water box by using the tank hybrid method . First, the research focus on the unit performance in different conditions of refrigerant injection volume;second,the unit operating conditions were divided into 4 different condition:high temperature, standard, low temperature, frosting,then we carried out a detailed analysis on the unit performance according to the experimental results, finally,we alternative comparative experiments using refrigerant R417a and R22.
