摘要
评价了3种常见水果中总黄酮化合物的定性、定量分析及其抗氧活性。结果表明:桃、梨、杏提取液固形物中黄酮化合物含量分别为8.08%、5.36%和4.77%。它们具有较强的抗氧活性;抗氧活性强弱顺序为桃>梨>杏。它们具有的抗氧活性与自身所含的黄酮化合物含量呈正相关。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavonoids and antioxidant activities in peach,pears and apricots were evaluated.The results indicated that the contents of flavonoid in the solid content of concentrated feed were 8.08 %(peach),5.36 %(pears) and 4.77 %(apricot),respectively.The three fruits had strong antioxidant activity.The order of the strength of the antioxidant activity of peach pears apricots.The antioxidant activity and the flavonoid content were positively correlated.
