摘要
万鑫安平煤矿5号煤为气煤,原煤灰分17.50%,全硫含量2.81%,属中灰高硫煤;发热量25.75kJ/kg,属高发热量煤。原煤可选性为极难选,通过"重介旋流器+TBS"分选,可将灰分由17.50%降到10.00%以下,降灰幅度大,洗选提质效果明显。5号煤由于硫分较高,利用时应考虑与其他低硫煤按一定比例配煤使用。
No.5 coal seam in Anping mine is gas coal. The raw coal is characteristic of medium ash （17.51% ash content）, high sulfur （2.81% total sulfur content）, and high heating value （25.75kJ/kg）. The raw coal separation is very difficult. The separation by Heavy Medium Cylindrical Cyclone and TBS achieves positive results in ash declining and washing floatation with the ash content decreasing from 17.50% to below 10.00%. Besides, due to the high sulfur content, it should be blended with other low sulfur coal in application.
