摘要
:目的 :研究自体骨膜游离移植修复关节软骨缺损的营养机制及营养来源。方法 :用白兔 2 0只 ,分为 3组 ,A组行关节腔内骨膜游离置入 ,B组行浅表软骨缺损骨膜移植 ,C组行深达骨松质的软骨缺损骨膜移植。通过组织形态学方法观察移植骨膜的衍化及转归。结果 :8wk后A组置入的骨膜形成游离体 ,B组仅有少量软骨再生 ,且质量较差 ,C组有良好的软骨生成。结论 :营养是骨膜化生的重要影响因素 ,自体骨膜游离植入关节腔后 ,滑液是其主要营养来源 。
Objective:To study the nutrition mechanism and source of free autogenous periosteal grafts in repairing the repair of articular cartilage defects. Methods:Twenty rabbits were divided into 3 groups including control, the repair of articular cartilage surface layer and fullthickness defect with free autogenous periosteal grafts. The newly formed tissue was investigated histologically. Results:The periosteal graft became free body in articular cavity in control group. The repair of surface layer defect was poor, the repair of full-thickness defect was excellent and the periosteum could form hyaline-like cartilage at 8 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion:The nutrition was important in free autogenous periosteal grafts. The synovial fluid was primary nutrition source. The blood supply from medullary cavity was critical in early stage.
