摘要
目的分析体外冲击波碎石联合中药排石汤治疗泌尿系统结石的临床疗效及治疗体会。方法回顾性分析我院自2008年5月至2011年5月收治的486例结石患者的临床资料,将所有的患者随机分为治疗组245例,对照组241例。所有的患者均确诊为泌尿系结石,治疗组采用体外冲击波碎石联合中药排石汤治疗;对照组行体外冲击波碎石治疗。比较两组患者治疗的有效率。结果治疗组的治愈率为62.9%,总有效率为94.7%;对照组治愈率为40.2%,总有效率为81.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石联合中药排石汤可明显提高泌尿系统结石的排出率,值得临床推广应用。
