摘要
以荥巩矿井建立瓦斯抽放系统的实践为例,介绍了瓦斯抽放系统中瓦斯抽放管路系统的设计,即管路敷设路线的设计、瓦斯抽放管径的选择、管路阻力的计算;并根据管路阻力的计算结果及瓦斯抽放泵的选型原则,给出了瓦斯抽放泵的选型设计。通过实际操作的验证,设计能满足正常生产的需要。
Takes the practice of establishing gas drainage systems in Xinggong mine for example, introduces the system design of gas drainage pipeline in the gas drainage system, namely the design of the pipeline laying line, the selection of gas drainage pipe diameter, the calculation of pipeline resistance. And according to the calculation results of pipeline resistance and the selection principle of gas drainage pump, gives the design of gas drainage pump selection. Verified by the actual operation, the design can meet the needs of normal production.
