摘要
为了统计工厂能耗和电能质量,以便更高效地利用资源,实现节能减排,以某醋酸纤维公司能源管理系统为背景,研究了InTouch组态软件在醋酸纤维生产监控的应用。分别给出了该能源管理系统的结构以及组态画面层次,并对组态过程中的关键技术进行了深入分析,开发了基于InTouch的生产监控系统。该系统使操作人员能更好地了解生产状况,减少人力成本,从而为电能质量的分析提供了历史数据和运行曲线,进一步提升了工厂的自动化程度。
To statistic energy consumption and quality of electric energy of the plant for improving energy saving and emission reduction and using resources more efficiently, with the energy management system in certain acetate fiber company as background, the application of InTouch configuration software in monitoring and control for acetate fiber production is researched. The architecture and the configuration graphics hierarchy of this energy management system are given respectively, and the key technologies in procedures of configuration are analyzed in depth, and the InTouch-based production monitoring and control system is developed. The system enables the operators know the production status better, and reduces human cost, thus offers the historic data and operation curves for analyzing quality of electric energy, and further upgrades the automatic degree of the plant.
