摘要
通过深入分析霍尔电流传感器的工作原理及影响测量精度的因素,提出一种双环霍尔电路结构,并采用可靠工艺手段,实现霍尔传感器的高精度检测。试验证明,基于双环霍乐技术的高精度霍尔传感器,有效减小共模信号干扰,降低位置误差对检测信号的影响,提高了检测精度。
Through analysis of the works and the factors that affect the measurement accuracy of the Hall sensor,the structure of a double is achieve loop pairs Hall circuit is introduced.By relible means of technology,high-precision detection of the Hall sensor.The test proved that the bicyclic Hall technology-based high-precision Hall-effect sensor. effectively reduce the common mode signal interference,reducing the influence of the position error signal detection to improve detection accuracy.
