丁烷四羧酸中间产物测定

The Analysis on the Intermediates of Butane Tetracarboxylic Acid

摘要 以四氢苯酐(THPA)为原料合成丁烷四羧酸(BTCA),生成的中间产物4,5-二羟基-1,2环己烷二羧酸。因为产品丁烷四羧酸及中间产物4,5-二羟基-1,2环己烷二羧酸均带有酸性,因此无法用经典酸碱滴定法进行测定。为了确定中间产物生成情况,需对中间产物进行分析。建立了高碘酸钠氧化法对中间产物4,5-二羟基-1,2环己烷二羧酸进行分析的方法,分析过程简单快捷,为反应工艺提供了可靠的数据。 1,2,3,4 -Butane tetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) had two configurations with the difference accession order of catalyzer and oxidizer. In order to research the process of BTCA, the tecarhydrophthalic acid must be analyzed. The analysis method of tecarhydrophthalic acid was established, which was simply - operated and exact.
