摘要
创意产业园是工业建筑遗产再利用的主要方式之一。总结归纳出基于工业建筑遗产再利用的创意产业园内部空间特征对于今后同类再利用和创意产业园的正确发展具有重要意义。该文以上海已授牌的具有代表性的再利用为创意产业园的工业建筑遗产为研究对象,采用现场调查、对比分析、归纳研究、空间模拟等研究方法,对其内部空间分隔的改造方式进行较为系统的分析,概括出其空间优缺点及其空间特征,以期对今后同类改造设计提供有意义的参考。
Creative industry park is one of the main ways of the industrial building heritage reuse. Summarizing the interior space characteristics of the creative industry park based on the industrial building heritage reuse has important implications for the proper development of future similar recycling. This paper selects the awarding of representative re-use industrial buildings for the creative industry park as the research object, uses site investigation, comparative analysis of inductive research, space simulation research methods, makes systematic analysis to the internal space separation transformation way, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and space characteristics in order to provide meaningful reference for the same transformation design in the future.
