摘要
目的探讨B超检查在妇科急腹症中的应用和临床价值。方法选取该院2009年1月—2010年12月36例妇科急腹症患者为观察对象,结合患者B超检查图像数据,分析B超检查在妇科急腹症中的应用措施、程序和效果,指导临床实践。结果 36例妇科急腹症患者,经治疗后确诊19例异位妊娠(含陈旧性宫外孕3例),先兆流产8例,黄体囊肿破裂5例,肿瘤3例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转1例,B超诊断中误诊3例,超声诊断符合率为91.66%。结论 B超检查在妇科急腹症中可靠、准确,能提供定位明确,图像清晰的病理表现,为临床下一步治疗赢得宝贵时间,具有积极的诊断意义,值得临床应用。
