摘要
随着办学历史的延伸,现代大学制度建设已经变成一项长期而艰巨的任务。现代大学制度强调大学要面向社会,依法自主办学,实行民主管理。它不仅是历史发展和社会转型的必然选择,而且是面对各种需求必须要努力的方向。但目前我国在现代大学制度建设方面还存在各方面的困境,需要通过相应的制度找到出路。
Along with the extension of school history, the con- struction of modem university system has become a long-term and arduous task. The modern university system need to face the society, run school by law, and manage democratically. It is not only the inevitable choice of development and transformation of society, but ＇the direction that we must face various difficulties. But at present our modern university system construction still ex- ist various difficulties, and we need to find a way out through the corresponding system.
