摘要
研究了用作活性印花糊料的高取代度羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的综合性能。结果表明,高取代度CMC成糊率高,色牢度良好,但得色量不如海藻酸钠(SA),特别是透网性、可脱除性和印花织物手感,比SA逊色很多。高取代度CMC目前还不能满足活性印花大生产的使用要求。
The comprehensive properties of carboxymethyl celluloses (CMC) with substitute degree of 1. 0 -2.0 as the paste for reactive printing are researched. The results show that CMC with high substituted degree features lower paste consumption and better color fastness, but lower color yield and worse penetrating property, paste removal rate and handle than sodium alginate. Therefore, high substituted carboxyl methyl celluloses as the paste currently can not meet the requirements for reactive printing.
