摘要
配电网供电能力计算对电网精细化评估和优化规划具有重要价值。在考虑配电网络负荷转移通畅和设备容量约束等条件下,研究了变电站配置、配电网网架结构和运行状态等对供电能力大小的影响,采用联络关系矩阵提出了一种新的配电网供电能力计算方法,将配电网供电能力归结为变电站站内供电能力与网络负荷转移能力。算例分析表明,该方法计算结果更符合实际电网运行情况,抓住了供电能力产生的根源,能客观地反映配电网供电瓶颈和联络薄弱点,可为配电网络结构优化提供指导以便充分挖掘电网供电能力。
The calculation of power supply capability is of great value to the refined evaluation and optimal planning of the distribution network. Considering the network load transfer flow and equipment capacity constraints, the paper studies the effects of factors such as substation configuration, distribution network structure and operation status on the power supply capability, and then proposes a new method to calculate the power supply capability through contact relation matrix. Power supply capability of the distribution system is attributed to the power supply capacity within the substation and the network load transfer capability. The example analysis shows that the calculation results accord more with the actual power grid operation; seize the root of power supply capability; and objectively reflect the power supply bottlenecks and contact vulnerable points in the distribution network. The method can provide effective guidance for distribution network structure optimization to fully tap the supply capability of a power grid.
