摘要
‘京香3号’核桃是从北京房山核桃实生群体中选出的晚实新品种。坚果近圆形,壳面较光滑,单果质量10.9~15.5 g,平均12.6 g。果壳厚度0.7 mm,出仁率61.2%,易取整仁。核仁浅黄色,甜香不涩,品质上等,脂肪含量70.3%,蛋白质含量16.6%。丰产,有较强的抗病、抗寒能力。
'Jingxiang 3' is a new late bearing walnut cultivar selected from wild seedling population in Fangshan, Beijing. The nut weight ranges from 10.9 g to 15.5 g with the average of 12.6 g. The thickness of shell is 0.7 mm. Kernel weight is 61.2% of nut weight. It is very easy to take out the whole kernel. The color of kernel is light yellow, and it tastes fragrant, sweet lightly and non-astringent. The contents of total fat and protein are 70.3% and 16.6% respectively. It has high yield and resistance to cold and disease.
