摘要
目的:新生儿巨结肠术后采用康复新液灌肠与赛肤润两种肛门护理方法的比较与观察。方法:收治新生儿巨结肠术后患儿90例,将其随机分成两组,其中对照组45例术后拔除肛管后肛门用康复新液灌肠进行护理,治疗组45例术后拔除肛管后用赛肤润喷涂肛门皮肤。结果:两组患儿均未出现皮肤潮红、皮肤皮疹等并发症,两组患儿家属主观感受评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用康复新液灌肠与赛肤润对于新生儿巨结肠术后肛门护理都能起到有效保护皮肤及促进皮肤愈合的作用,疗效相近。
Objective：To Compared and Ob- serve two kinds of anus nursing methods af- ter Newborn Megacolon Surgery with Kang- fuxin Solution and Saifurun. Methods： 90 children after Newborn Megacolon Surgery who were randomly dividedinto two groups. Children were cared in the anus after remov- al of theanal canal with Kangfuxin Solution for the control group of 45 cases, were sprayed cared with Saifurnnfor the control group of 45 cases. Results：Two groups had a good effect in the skin flushing, there were significant difference in the score of subjec- tive feeling between the children, families of two group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Children were cared in the anus after removal of theanal canal with Kangfuxin Solution and Saifurun. effectively protected the anal skins and promot - ed healing. Have a similar effect.
