摘要
近年大量临床资料显示，针灸治疗坐骨神经痛具有良好疗效。特殊针灸疗法以其独特性和高治愈率被广泛关注。特殊针灸疗法分为特殊穴位疗法，特殊针法，特殊针具疗法。特殊穴位疗法具有取穴少，操作方便等优势，便于临床推广。但特殊针法因个人手法操作的不同，特殊针具法因地域的差异不同而有局限性，且其真实的疗效和安全性还有待评价。认为特殊针灸疗法治疗坐骨神经痛需更标准系统的评价研究。
Massive clinical material indicated that, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy had good curative effect on treatment for sciatica in recent years. Especially the special acupuncture therapy had caught extensive attention for its uniqueness and high cure rate. Special acupuncture therapy was divided into special aeupoint therapy, special acupuncture and special needle therapy. Special acupoint therapy had been used widely in the clinical work, with advantages of applying less acupoints, good effect and simple manipulation. Due to the limitation of the personal manipulation differences to special acupuncture and regional differences to special needle therapy, its real efficacy and safety need to be evaluated. It is suggested that pecial acupunc- ture treatment for sciatica needs more standard systematic reviews.
