摘要
目的 :为了解我国正常人群中央 30度视野视网膜光敏感度的定量值 ,并对研究青光眼的视野损害提供有益的经验。方法 :应用北京市眼科研究所和航空航天部一二所联合研制的 QZS- 2型全自动静态视野分析仪 ,采用全阈值程序对 48例 96只正常眼进行中央 30度视野光敏度的测定。结果 :96只正常眼中央及鼻上、下 ,颞上、下视野的平均光敏度均随着年龄的增加而降低 ,其降低的幅度及变异均随着年龄的增加而增大 ,并且年龄 (x)与平均光敏度 (y)之间呈线性负相关关系 ,相关系数 r=- 0 .974,两者的回归方程为 y=2 1.32 8- 0 .0 44 x。不同性别及眼别分组的光敏度之间无差异 ;视野的上半部平均光敏度较下半部低 ;视野的鼻侧与颞侧光敏度比较无差异 ;平均光敏度随视野偏心度增加而下降。结论 :提示正常人视网膜光敏度随年龄增加而降低 。
Objective:To find out the ration counting in the light sensitivity in the central visual field in the normal subjects.Methods:The light sensitivity at the 28 locations in the central field was measured in 96 normal eyes of 48 normal volunteers on the QZS 2 by using the visual threshold program.Results:No sex and eye differences in the light sensitivity were found.By the age is increased,the light sensitivity in the centre the nasal and the temporal field in the normal subjects is decreased.By the age is increased,the range of decreased and changed is increased.The relation between the age and the light sensitivity is linear negative interrelated.The coefficient of interrelated is -0 974.The regression equation between age(x) and light sensitivity(y)is y=21 328-0 044x.The light sensitivity in the inferior field was higher than that in the superior.There was no statistical difference between the nasal and the temporal field.By the degree of partiality is increased,the light sensitivity is decreased.Conclusion:We prompt by the age was increased,the light sensitivity was decreased.Useing the regression equation,we can calculate the light sensitivity by the age.
