桡骨头切除与Herbert螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折疗效比较 被引量：3

摘要 将60例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折患者随机分为A、B两组,各30例。A组给予Herbert螺钉内固定方法治疗,B组给予桡骨头切除治疗,比较术后康复情况。经治疗,A组患者肘关节活动度、疼痛、伸肘、屈肘力量等康复情况明显优于B组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折疗效显著优于采用桡骨头切除术,且安全性高,患者术后康复状况良好。
